Ileana D’Cruz is an Indian film actress and model. She primarily appeared in South Indian films. She won the award best debut Filmfare actress in 2006.
Ileana D’Cruz was born on November 1, 1987, in India. Her father’s name is Ronaldo D’Cruz and mother’s name is Samira D’Cruz. She has three siblings, older sister Farrah D’Cruz, younger sister Eileen D’Cruz and younger brother Rhys D’Cruz.

Ileana D’Cruz pursued her career as a model. In 2003, her first portfolio was created. She took parts in fashion shows and photo shoots. She made her debut from Telugu featured film Devadasu (2006). This movie is commercially successful in the box office. She made her Tamil debut from Kedi. Later, she did not turn back and soon become the superstar of South Indian cinema.

D’Cruz began her career in Hindi films with Anurag Basu’s Barfi. The film received positive reviews from the critics. It earned near 1.75 billion worldwide. Ileana won the  Filmfare Best Female Debut Award.
